Your username is used to login to your account

Recover your account username

1. Go to 3-bar menu
   
2. Select Home
   
3. Scroll down to Existing member Login
   
4. Click on I forgot my username
   
5. Enter your account email address
   
6. Click Send username
   

An email will be sent to you containing the username, which you can use to log into your account
