LIVE Help: This connects you to a real, LIVE support person. Use this option if you need an immediate answer
If you want to use LIVE help, just click on the LIVE Help button on the far right
Support ticket: This allows you to submit a problem to us via our Support Center. Use this option if your request is not urgent, your need specific information or your problem is quite complex. You will be notified by EMAIL of any changes, updates or solutions for your ticket.
